Eumundi Body Art Carnivale (May 12-13)

The Australian Body Art Carnivale is held annually in Eumundi: ‘A Festival of Colour’ centred around body art in its many and varied forms. For members of the public, it will be nothing short of phenomenal to watch the human canvases take shape during the competitions.

For artists it presents an opportunity to showcase their creativity, experience the amazing atmosphere of the Carnivale and compete for over $12,000 in cash and prizes. There is also the photography competition that runs over both days.

All weekend there will also be market stalls, fun activities for the kids (and those just young at heart), music and street performers to keep you entertained.

Go wild this Mother’s Day at Australia Zoo – there is a screening of We Bought a Zoo.  It is an amazing and uplifting true story the whole family will love. Mums can get up-close with animals to win stacks of prizes in our Kiss-a-Critter competition.
